I read somewhere that Fitbits are just modern day Tamagotchis and the stupid animal you’re trying to keep healthy is just you. I think about that a lot.

Amb la precaució de no caure en la paranoia, és una imprudència pensar que quelcom, per molt aberrant que ens sembli, no hagi d'ocórrer. La veritat és que la nostra visió és més circumscrita i restringida del que voldríem admetre i, el que és més, no necessàriament ha de ser compartida o entesa. Si no volem que passi res que ens acabi afectant, no hi ha més remei que prendre partit perquè allò que puguem témer no passi, essent alhora molt conscients de la visió divergent, o, no dels altres i que tampoc no es pot ser a totes les guerres o batalles (ni tampoc guanyar-les).
Ja ha començat l'any i encara no he acabat d'escriure tots els propòsits d'Any Nou. Suposo que faria trampa si els deixés llavors per l'any que ve
